About GBPEC: Govind Ballabh Pant Engineering College (G.B. Pant Engineering College or GBPEC) is a public engineering college located in New Delhi. It was established by Founder Principal Prof. (Dr.) O. P. Sharma in April/May 2007 by the Department of Training and Technical Education (DTTE) of the Government of NCT of Delhi, this institution became functional from the academic year 2007-2008 and the classes started in right earnest from august 01,2007 itself. In establishing this institution, the Government of Delhi took another quantum stride for fulfilling the aspiration of young Delhiites for getting world-class technical education in their city. GBPEC is affiliated to the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University School of Engineering and Technology.

Location and Address: GBPEC covers an area of around 2 acres in Okhla Industrial Estate – III, New Delhi, India on the sidelines of Aravali Hills, adjoining the Govind Ballabh Pant Polytechnic Institute and Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology near Kalkaji Temple on Maa Anandamayi Marg, Kalkaji. It shares its boundaries with the Govind Ballabh Pant Polytechnic Institute and IIIT Delhi.
